Q. How much do you charge for shipping?
A. We provide free shipping on all orders.
Q. Will I be charged any shipping, customs or duties fees?
A. No, the price you see is the price you pay - no extra fees.
Q. When will you ship my order?
A. Most orders are shipped within 3 working days while a few are shipped 1-2 working says.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. Orders are shipped via USPS. Typically, delivery takes 7-10 working days after dispatch, but in rare cases it may take longer due to factors beyond our control. If shipping is delayed for any reason, we will notify you.
Q. Do you provide tracking information?
A. You will receive your tracking information within 1-2 days for orders shipped same day, and 3-5 working days for any orders shipped 3 workings days. Sometimes tracking is not available during our window depending on the warehouse that is responsible for shipping. Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. All orders are fulfilled within a two-hour window. We monitor all email traffic for communication from the customer. If we receive the cancellation prior to fulfilling the order, we will honor the cancellation. Please contact us at dr.empress.beauty@gmail.com
Q. Do I have to create an account or subscribe to shop?
A. It is not mandatory to create an account or subscribe to shop with us. Subscribing allows you to receive exclusive offers and discounts. First time customers who subscribe receive 20% off their first order.
Q. Do you ship to Jamaica?
A. Customers from Jamaica can shop from our online store but must utilize a shipping service such as shiptosure or shipwize that provides a U.S. based mailing address.
